I’m a big fan of iced tea mix and lemonade mix. Kelsey, not so much. So when we ran out of iced tea mix this week, she started making lemonade, using actual lemon juice you get in one of those green plastic jugs and a cup of sugar (for a gallon, she does about 2 cups of lemon juice, a cup and a half of sugar, then adds water). It’s great, and we think probably not as sugary as the mix.
But there’s a super quick way to make it even better: add gin.
